June 15-Sept 8..........................$1100 per night
Sept 9- Nov 20..........................$1050 per night
Nov 21- Dec 2...........................$1200 per night
Dec 2-Dec 20............................$1100 per night
Dec 21- Jan 5............................$2000 per night
Jan 6- Mar 14, 2009...................$1150 per night
Mar 15- Apr18, 2009..................$1250 per night
Occasionally, special discount rates are offered.
Rates do not include a $350 departure cleaning, a $1500 security deposit, and Hawaii taxes totaling 11.416%. Rates are cash rates; we reserve the right to charge a credit card recovery fee if you wish to use a credit card.
Rates subject to change until deposit is rec'd.
POLICIES
5 night minimum preferred, except 10 day minimum during December holidays, unless two back-to-back rentals can be booked.
$1500 security deposit due with final payment.
Initial payment is 50% of total charges, due when reservation is made. Final payment is due 60 days in advance of arrival date, except for holiday periods when final payment is due 90 days in advance. Christmas & New Year's reservations require final payment due 90 days prior to your arrival. Christmas & New Year's reservations are non-refundable. Other reservations may be eligible for a refund if we can re-rent the same dates at the same rate. Cancellation fees may apply. Trip insurance is advised. Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include a $350 cleaning fee, $1500 refundable cash security deposit.
Security deposit is held in lieu of damage or loss (whether intentional or unintentional), excessive cleaning required upon your departure, charges incurred upon property for services or activities rendered, and/or for fines incurred due to non-compliance with Wailea Beach Villas AOAO House Rules and rental rules & regulations of owner's rental agent. Rental is designated for the guests listed on rental contract only. Additional guests will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
Deposit payments signify that guests agree to abide by all policies and procedures. Security deposits will be refunded within 14 days of your departure provided there are no extra charges at the time of your departure.
